HOUSE OF GRAPHIQZ / CUSTOMER POLICIES
Clear Rules.
Creative Freedom.
This page is the central policy hub for Graphiqz Digital LLC d/b/a House of Graphiqz (“HOG”). Product-specific terms, written quotes, and signed commercial agreements may add to or supersede these general policies as described below.
1. Terms & Conditions
Using House of Graphiqz
These terms govern HOG websites, customer accounts, guest checkout, Graphic Lab, purchases, custom design services, proofs and related services. Electronic actions such as checking an acknowledgement box, placing an order or approving a proof may constitute agreement where permitted by law.
HOG currently serves U.S. customers. Customers under 18 may order only with parent or legal-guardian permission. The service is not directed to children under 13.
Pricing, promotions and availability
HOG may correct material pricing, description, availability, configuration, promotional or technical errors and may cancel/refund an affected transaction. Prices may change before acceptance. Promotions may carry expiration dates, exclusions, usage limits and anti-abuse restrictions. Applicable taxes are collected where required.
Accounts and website use
Guest checkout is available. Account holders are responsible for authorized account activity and credential security. HOG does not guarantee permanent storage of unfinished Graphic Lab projects. Scraping, reverse engineering, security circumvention, unauthorized automated extraction and misuse of HOG systems or proprietary assets are prohibited.
Disputes and liability
Customers should contact customersupport@houseofgraphiqz.com and allow up to 15 business days for investigation of a formal dispute. To the fullest extent allowed by law, HOG excludes indirect, incidental, special and consequential losses, and monetary liability is generally limited to the amount paid for the affected product or service. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
These terms are governed by Louisiana law where permissible, with Orleans Parish as the designated court venue for matters properly heard in court. HOG intends qualifying disputes to be handled through binding individual arbitration, while preserving qualifying small-claims access and applying a class-action waiver where enforceable. The final arbitration procedure should be reviewed by Louisiana counsel before activation.
Policy hierarchy
When terms conflict: an individually signed commercial agreement controls first, then specific written HOG quote/order terms, then product-specific terms, then these general policies. A voluntary HOG refund, remake, credit or other accommodation does not require the same exception in another transaction.
2. Privacy Policy
HOG may collect customer identity/contact information, billing and shipping information, order history, customization selections, uploaded artwork/photos, proofs, approvals, communications, technical/device information, transaction status, fraud/security information and cookie/analytics information.
Payment processing is handled by third-party processors such as Stripe. HOG does not intend to directly store complete payment-card numbers or CVV values.
Customer files may be accessed as reasonably necessary for design, enhancement, proofing, production, fulfillment, support, fraud/security and legitimate recordkeeping. Necessary information may be shared with authorized Graphiqz affiliates, Graphiqz Made, production partners, contractors, shipping providers and other service providers. HOG may outsource portions of production when appropriate.
HOG does not sell customer personal information for money. Cookies and similar technologies may support essential functions, preferences, security, analytics and future advertising; legally appropriate notices or controls will be provided. Transactional order messages do not require marketing consent. Promotional email and SMS consent is separate and optional.
Production artwork may generally be retained for approximately six months, but this is not a storage guarantee. Legal, accounting, tax, fraud and approval records may be retained longer where appropriate. Privacy questions or eligible requests may be sent to customersupport@houseofgraphiqz.com.
3. Custom Orders & Proof Approval
The Graphic Lab live preview is a visualization tool. The final approved proof controls production. By approving it, the customer confirms spelling, names, dates, images, cropping, orientation, placement, layout, visible customization, product/model, size and other displayed selections.
Digital colors can differ because of device displays, brightness, color profiles, substrates, inks and production methods. Reasonable differences do not automatically constitute defects.
Revision allowances vary by product/service and will be communicated. If a proof receives no response, HOG may send a reminder after approximately 72 hours and a final reminder after approximately seven days. Silence is never approval. An order remaining unapproved for 30 days after the final reminder may be treated as abandoned under the applicable refund/store-credit rules.
If HOG manufactures exactly what the customer approved, customer-approved errors are not manufacturing defects. If caught before shipping, HOG will determine whether intervention remains possible and may offer a discounted paid remake plus applicable shipping. If HOG materially produces something different from the approved proof due to HOG error, an appropriate replacement/reproduction or refund remedy will be available.
Customers are responsible for source-image quality. HOG may offer paid manual and/or AI-assisted enhancement. Enhancement cannot guarantee recovery of missing detail, and materially enhanced artwork must be reviewed before production.
4. Payments, Cancellations & Refunds
Ready-made products and smaller custom gifts such as keychains, tumblers and coffee mugs generally require 100% payment upfront. More elaborate customized products such as balls and apparel generally require a 60% deposit, with the remaining balance due before shipping, unless product-specific or contractual terms say otherwise.
Applicable custom-product deposits include a $25 design fee that becomes nonrefundable once design work begins. Standalone design projects may use separately quoted design fees.
Before final proof approval, cancellation may qualify for a refund less the design fee and other properly disclosed/authorized work or nonrecoverable customer-specific costs. Once the final proof is approved and the required payment/deposit is received, a custom order is committed to production; later cancellation, refund, credit or modification requires HOG approval.
Approved monetary refunds ordinarily return to the original payment method and are generally processed by HOG within 5–10 business days, after which financial-institution timing may vary. Customers should give HOG a reasonable opportunity to resolve a problem before a chargeback, without waiving legitimate payment-provider or legal rights. HOG may verify, hold, cancel or refund suspicious transactions.
5. Production & Shipping
Production time varies by product; balls, apparel, complex custom goods and bulk orders may take longer. Production estimates use business days and exclude weekends and applicable federal holidays. For custom products requiring proof approval, production timing begins only after required approval and payment/deposit conditions are satisfied.
Production time and shipping time are separate. A three-day shipping service does not mean a customized order arrives three days after purchase. HOG chooses the carrier unless otherwise agreed.
Rush service may be offered for an additional fee. An expressly agreed rush date is prioritized and guaranteed subject to disclosed dependencies and circumstances outside HOG's reasonable control, including severe weather, material/supply disruption, customer delays and timely payment. A production guarantee does not independently guarantee a third-party carrier's performance.
Customers are responsible for accurate addresses and may owe reshipping/reproduction costs caused by their address error. Carrier delays after timely handoff are generally outside HOG's control, though HOG will reasonably assist. A “Delivered” scan does not automatically create a free-replacement entitlement. Officially lost-in-transit packages may be replaced or refunded as HOG determines appropriate. HOG may require signature confirmation, insurance or secure delivery for appropriate orders.
Holiday Production & Shipping
Holiday seasons, graduation periods, special events and other peak-volume periods may extend normal processing, production, fulfillment and carrier transit times. Potentially affected periods include Valentine's Day, Easter, Mother's Day, Father's Day, graduation season, Independence Day, back-to-school periods, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Black Friday/Cyber Monday, Christmas and New Year's. HOG may publish temporary turnaround estimates or order cutoff dates for these periods.
Weekends, applicable federal holidays and announced HOG closure days do not count as production business days unless expressly stated otherwise. For customized orders, holiday production timing still begins only after all required artwork, information, payment/deposit and final proof approval have been received. Customer delays in supplying information, requesting revisions, approving proofs or making payment may move an anticipated completion or delivery date.
Customers ordering for a holiday, birthday, graduation, trip, ceremony or other date-specific event should order as early as possible. A recommended order-by date or a customer's statement of an event date is not a delivery guarantee. A completion or delivery date is guaranteed only when HOG expressly accepts that date as guaranteed in the applicable order communication, quote, invoice or agreement.
Carrier service levels and transit estimates are separate from HOG production time. During holiday periods, carriers may experience increased volume, modified schedules, closures, severe weather, transportation interruptions and other delays outside HOG's reasonable control. Once HOG timely tenders a shipment to the carrier, HOG will reasonably assist with tracking and appropriate carrier inquiries but does not guarantee the carrier's normal transit estimate unless expressly agreed in writing.
High seasonal demand may also affect availability of sizes, colors, blanks, cases, apparel, packaging and production materials. When a material issue substantially affects an order, HOG may communicate an appropriate substitute, revised schedule, alternative product, wait-for-restock option, store credit or refund consistent with the applicable order terms.
HOG may offer holiday rush production for an additional fee when capacity permits and may decline rush requests when accepting them could compromise quality or existing commitments. HOG may also temporarily stop accepting date-specific orders after available production capacity has been reached.
Severe weather, natural disasters, power or internet outages, supplier closures, material shortages, carrier disruptions, equipment failures, governmental actions and similar circumstances outside HOG's reasonable control may require additional reasonable processing or fulfillment time. HOG will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant known delays affecting an order.
HOG is generally not responsible for indirect or consequential losses caused solely by a carrier delay after timely handoff or by a missed event date that HOG did not expressly guarantee, subject to applicable law. HOG may voluntarily provide an accommodation when appropriate without creating an obligation or precedent for future orders.
6. Returns, Damage & Defects
Eligible unused non-custom merchandise may generally be returned within 7 days after delivery, unless communicated otherwise. Eligible standard returns may carry up to a 15% restocking fee. Customer-choice/error returns generally require customer-paid return shipping and original shipping is ordinarily nonrefundable. HOG covers reasonable applicable shipping when HOG caused the qualifying error.
Shipping damage should be reported within 48–72 hours with requested photos of the item, packaging, label and damage. Manufacturing/printing defects should generally be reported within 7 days. HOG may require photos/video and may determine whether the item must be returned.
Customer selection errors—including wrong phone model, apparel size, spelling, image or approved customization—are not HOG defects. Misuse, drops, impacts, improper washing, heat, chemicals, improper installation/use, modifications, failure to follow care instructions and normal wear and tear are not covered as manufacturing defects.
Reasonable custom-production variations in placement, dimensions, stitching, texture, color, seams, edges, folds and recessed print areas may occur. Decorative phone cases are not guaranteed to prevent device damage unless a specific product expressly states otherwise.
7. Artwork, Intellectual Property & Content
Customers must own or have sufficient permission/license to reproduce submitted photographs, logos, trademarks, artwork, names and other content, including necessary permission for images containing other people. Customers are responsible for unauthorized content they submit to the extent permitted by law.
HOG may request evidence of authorization and may refuse material it reasonably believes is illegal, infringing, fraudulent, counterfeit, threatening, exploitative or otherwise inappropriate to produce.
Customers grant HOG a limited, nonexclusive license to process submitted material only as reasonably necessary to design, edit, enhance, proof, manufacture, fulfill, support and maintain necessary transaction records. The customer's pre-existing content remains theirs.
Unless a separate written commercial agreement states otherwise, HOG-created designs, source files, editable artwork, production files, templates, layouts, working files, Graphic Lab assets and other HOG proprietary materials remain HOG property. They may not be extracted, scraped, reverse-engineered, redistributed or used to reproduce HOG proprietary designs through another manufacturer without authorization.
Commercial branding/design agreements may separately license or transfer specified rights after full payment, subject to third-party licenses. Purchasing a custom item does not automatically grant commercial rights. HOG does not automatically receive permission to advertise a customer's personal photo or finished personalized design; separate consent is required where appropriate.
8. Accessibility
House of Graphiqz makes reasonable efforts to provide an accessible e-commerce experience. Customers encountering an accessibility barrier may report the affected page/feature and difficulty to customersupport@houseofgraphiqz.com so HOG can investigate. Compatibility with every assistive technology or configuration cannot be guaranteed at all times.
9. Commercial, Bulk & Design Services
Business, school, team, organization, event and other bulk/commercial transactions may use separate quotes, invoices, purchase agreements or contracts. An individually executed commercial contract supersedes conflicting general website policies for that transaction.
Deposits, progress payments, cancellation terms, production milestones and final-payment requirements may differ by contract. HOG intends to deliver the ordered quantity unless a different quantity tolerance is agreed. Customer delays in artwork, information, approvals or payments may correspondingly adjust deadlines with communication.
Standalone design quotes specify pricing, deposits, included revisions, deliverable formats and commercial rights. Work already performed and nonrecoverable costs may be nonrefundable after cancellation. Editable/source files are included only when expressly stated.
Customer-supplied merchandise is accepted only under agreed conditions and carries additional production risk. HOG may require a separate acknowledgement defining responsibility and replacement limits. HOG does not automatically assume an item's retail, sentimental, collectible or asserted replacement value merely by accepting it for customization.
For local pickup, HOG may require order confirmation and identification. Completed items may generally be held for 30 days, followed by notice and a reasonable grace period. Personalized merchandise remaining unclaimed may ultimately be treated as abandoned where permitted by law.
