COMMON QUESTIONS
Where can I track my order?
Sign in to My House and open the order. Shipment tracking appears there once a tracking number is assigned.
Where do I approve production proofs?
Proof actions appear in the Proof Center inside My House. Order-specific proof previews can also appear on the secure order page.
Can I reopen a saved design?
Yes. Saved designs can be reopened from My House and returned to the Graphic Lab for editing or reordering.
What if I cannot sign in?
Use the password reset form above. The reset link expires after one hour.
